Our Return Policy lasts 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
While we would love to take back everything, for a few hundred reasons we just cannot. So, your return will be accepted only for the following reasons:
– Item received is different from what was ordered.
If you receive a different item than what you ordered or if an item you ordered is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately for replacement.
– Your item is damaged upon receipt.
No need to return the damaged item received. Simply take a photograph and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the photograph, we will issue replacement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, usually about 3-5 business days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 7 days from the delivery date will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement!
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.
All refunds due to cancellation are processed within 24-48 hour and can take an additional 3-5 business days before the funds reflect on customer’s bank account. If you do not see your funds contact your financial institution. Further questions can be sent via your refund email us here.
Note: Our team will inspect & verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. My Cosy Retreat reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
